Returns + Exchanges
We are confident that you will receive your Instinct UK products on time and in perfect condition, but if you do come across any unforeseen issues, please complete the return request form below and we will confirm we are able to process your return.
Item thats cannot be returned - all sales are final for these items:
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom items
If you wish to return or exchange an item or there is an error or fault with your order, please let us know within 14 days of receipt. You will then need to return it to us within 28 days of receipt of the order.
Please ensure that the item is returned with all original packaging, tags and tickets
It is the customers responsibility to safely return the items to us and we are only able to process the return once the item has arrived with us.
Refunds: All refunds will be returned via the payment method of purchase. Refunds may take up to 7 days to show in your account, but are usually much quicker.
Please note: Postage Costs are non refundable
International orders: Duties, Taxes and postage costs occurring from international purchases/returns are non refundable.
